Women's Fellowship regularly meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm. Our major activity is the Annual Turkey Dinner fundraiser, which is held early in November each year. Among other activities, we make lap quilts that are donated to nursing homes, shelters, police department, etc.

We usually have a Spring Ladies' Tea and a Christmas Ladies' Tea each year. (There were no Christmas Teas in 2018 or 2019 - we went Christmas Caroling instead.)

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we did not meet after March 2020, no Ladies' Tea was held, and we had to cancel the Turkey Dinner. We'll let you know when we start having meetings again. All ladies are invited to join us. We plan to work on a new batch of lap quilts! You don't need to be a seamstress to help!

Ladies' Spring Tea - Tuesday May 14, 2019, 6 p.m.

The theme of this year's Spring Tea was "Bloom Where You Are Planted". 34 ladies attended. We opened the event by singing "In the Bulb There is a Flower" and closed with another song. We enjoyed delicious sandwiches, finger foods, desserts, salads, other goodies, punch and various teas (including some unique “blooming tea”).

John Shackelford from Shackelford Botanical Designs demonstrated some flower arranging techniques. We had a drawing for his 5 beautiful creations. All of the winners were invited guests!

The youngest to win an arrngement!
